Jimmy Dlamini - Station Manager
Jimmy has been involved in the radio station since its inception in 1997 and has been a driving force behind much of activities of the initial group, has been pro-active in many youth structures and formations, with his compatriots, has approached many stake holders and gained the numerous support for the radio station.
He also served as the provincial chairperson for NCRF and attended many radio courses for the past 10 years he also served in many organisational boards of directors in Orange farm and surrounding areas, presently he is the station manager for the most progressive community radio station on the globe.
Lihle Mbatha- Financial Manager
Lihle matriculated in 1998 in 2000-2001 she attended computer and business administration in Stanford Business College.
She attended the course with IAJ doing programming, marketing, managing the station and financial management. She is currently with THETHA fm working as a financial manager and administrator since 2005 and also presenting MIRITHITHO AFTERNOON DRIVE FROM 3-6PM
Sipho Maxwell Mbele - Programme Manager
Mr Mbele was educated at Aha-Thuto Senior School where he obtained his matric. He underwent military training at Waalmansdal in 1994 and worked as a data capture for a Safrican insurance company in 1994. M Mbele also worked for Sakhile Africa (PTY) LTD as a PRO and in 1997 initiated Orange Farm community Radio and attended the programming course at IAJ. He is currently working as a Programming manager.
Simon Nwamba aka ntukulu WA mashangane -News Editor in Chief
The editor-in-chief for Thetha fm. He was born in diepkloof in 1977 on the 12th of November. His considered one of the most qualified personnel in the journalism world since he has certificate from the institute for the advancement of journalism, Rhodes University, ABC ulwazi and the United Nations. He is also a news reader on week days at 6am and 1pm. His love, respect and humbleness for people has awarded himself the name Sweet Simon. A father to two sons has not yet tied the knot. He believes to make an unforgettable mark in the world of media worldwide that will last for years. His motto: never underestimate what you’re capable of because you’re in this world to make difference
Buhle Twala -Assistant Marketing and Sales Manager
Buhle joined THETHA FM in 2003 and completed matric in 1998 in KZN and she came to live in Gauteng in 1999 in 2000 she attended JTC and done Electrical enginnering light current and achieved N4 certificate. In 2003 I did office administration. Currently I am with THETHA FM as a assistant Marketing and Sales Manager.
